  • The Kona Nutrition Program is a thoughtfully designed 3-month journey created to support you every step of the way.


    In Month 1, we get to know you—evaluating your needs, understanding your lifestyle, and putting your personalized plan into motion.


    In Month 2, we fine-tune your approach, making intentional adjustments as your body responds and meaningful results begin to take shape.


    By Month 3, we identify what works best for your body and lifestyle, then provide you with a clear, sustainable long-term plan—so you feel confident continuing on your own.

  • Clients receive personalized guidance from a registered dietitian, ongoing accountability from a dedicated nutrition coach, and a custom meal plan that removes the guesswork from everyday food choices. Paired with a lifestyle program built around clear goals and achievable targets, we work together to create consistent progress.

    Along the way, clients may experience benefits such as healthy weight changes, improved digestion, balanced blood sugar, increased energy, enhanced athletic performance, improved heart health, and more!

    At Kona Nutrition, we believe sustainable success is built one step at a time.

  • The Kona Nutrition Program is a one-time investment in your health—with no memberships, no hidden fees, and no add-ons. Because we do not accept insurance, we’re able to work with a wider range of individuals and provide truly personalized care without limitations.

    Our 3-month program may be paid in full and includes a $100 savings, or conveniently split into three monthly payments of $450. This flexible structure keeps the focus where it belongs—on your progress, support, and long-term success.
