I started gymnastics at the age of 3 and spent 10 years competing. That early foundation set me up for a life dedicated to fitness and nutrition, shaping my understanding of how both work together for overall well-being. After high school, I pursued beauty school and now run Volt Hair Studio in Harrisburg, PA.
Throughout my career in beauty, I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition impacts not just physical performance but also my client’s hair, skin, nails, and emotional well-being. This inspired me to become a nutrition coach, so I can help others make healthier food choices and feel their best.
Living an active lifestyle playing volleyball, working out, and being a busy mom to a toddler has shown me firsthand the importance of fueling my body with whole, balanced meals. I’ve also developed a real passion for cooking from scratch and enjoy teaching others the value of nourishing their bodies with real, wholesome food.
I’m excited to partner with Kona to help my clients understand the powerful connection between a healthy mind and body, empowering them to achieve their wellness goals.

My health journey hasn’t always been the easiest or most linear. I grew up struggling with undiagnosed ADHD, binge eating disorder, and body dysmorphia. I was so obsessed with the
“ideal” of being skinny that when I would actually work out to combat my binges, it was usually hours of cardio, hopping from one machine to the next. Eventually I found lifting, and I started to see changes which translated to eating to get strong and not skinny. That’s when the big changes happened, and I decided to become a personal trainer to help others. Since then, I’ve continued to learn as much as I can about nutrition, strength training, and the importance of quality sleep, stress reduction, etc.
My evolution into becoming a nutrition coach felt like the obvious next step, and my goal is to leave you with the all of the tools in my toolbox while helping to foster sustainable changes that will last you for the rest of your life.I encourage a healthy, attainable approach to eating and movement, emphasizing the importance of pausing, challenging assumptions, and making informed choices about fueling our bodies. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable sharing their challenges and celebrating their successes.
