1 hour initial, four weekly check-ins – Weekly focus on muscle building goals established by RD and athlete. Intensive program for those who want to build clean muscle mass.

4-week Fat Burning Package

1 hour initial, four weekly check-ins – Weekly focus on fat-burning goals established by RD and athlete. Intensive program for those who want to become lean while minimizing muscle mass loss.   

12-week weight loss / lifestyle enhancement Package

1 hour initial, twelve weekly check-ins. Weekly focus on meeting weight loss goals and building lasting habits to improve quality of life. Goal is to enhance quality of life through improvement of dietary habits, implementation of an exercise regimen, and strong-mindset coaching.
