Anthony Richards, MS, RD, LDN

Welcome All!

I am a fully licensed registered dietitian working in Pennsylvania (US). I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Dietetics from Grand Valley State University in Michigan (US). My primary expertise is in the field of Medical Nutrition Therapy which includes Eating Disorders, Surgical Recovery, Diabetes, Cancer processes, and various diseases including Metabolic, Gastrointestinal, Cardiovascular, Kidney, and Liver Disease.

As a Registered Dietitian, I have studied food science and food trends for >10 years. As a Nutrition Coach with Kona Nutrition, I have helped many of my clients achieve their health and fitness goals by providing them with the right tools, resources, education, and motivation. Combine all of that with a client who is committed to achieving their health goals and you get a dietary system that actually works!

Through Kona Nutrition, my team and I offer a multitude of products focused on helping others develop healthy diets, healthy relationships with their food, and live an overall healthier life. We work with all kinds of people from all different walks of life. My name is Adelaide and I have been on my wellness journey for 8+ years. I’ve had my share of ups and downs, but have learned that consistency and taking it day by day pays off in the end. And that needing to slow down, simplify, and/or rest, never means you are weak. 

I have a bachelors in Psychology and a Masters of Education in Health Education. I also am an NASM certified Personal Trainer with 4+ years of coaching experience, 2+ years of group fitness experience, a UESCA certified Running Coach as of 2024, and hold specializations in the following areas: Fitness nutrition, Balance training, Cardio for performance, Core training, Stretching, and Reactive training.

All this education and experience is put to use whenever I work with clients. As your coach, I am here to guide you towards achieving your health goals in a way that’s both sustainable and empowering. When I am not working as an HR Generalist, I enjoy spending my time running or taking cycle classes, learning more about health and wellness, or going on adventures with my husband and our two dogs. Our bird has to stay at home but he gets lots of love as well!

I love empowering my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. My focus is on helping individuals find balance in their minds, bodies, and spirits.

I encourage a healthy approach to eating and help my clients make informed choices about fueling our bodies. I foster a judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable sharing their challenges and celebrating their successes.

Jonathan Brown MS, RD, LDN

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed in PA. I earned my Masters in Sport Nutriton from the Univeristy of Colorado. I have been studying Sports Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy for 10 years. Over the last 5 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals with a wide range health and fitness goals, from college athletes striving to reach peak performance, to indiciduals with several chronic conditions who just want a healthier life and better quality of life.

My passion for nutrition started as a wrestler and football player with an interest in sciece. I learned how to gain and lose weight as an athlete, but learned more safe, effective, and sustainable strategies through my studies for life as an athlete and after. I use my training and experience to provide a wholesome perspective in nutrition. I strive to help my clients feel better, improve health habits, and optimize intake of key nutrients. I strive to meet everyone where they are and help them find easy and fun strategies for lasting success. I want you to be comfortable in your own skin without compromising what lies beneath.

I have spent much of the last 5 years reviewing nutrition research and creating educational content. I was also the primary investigator in a peer reviewed publication. I use this experience to help my clients navigate this space, which can seem overwhelmingly controversial, contradictory, or just flat out confusing.

I specialize in sports performance, heart health, blood sugar, inflammation, gut health, and personalized nutrition. I have tools and resources to help you take control of your health and performance for the long haul. My philosphy is progress over perfection and consistency over intensity.
