My name is Adelaide and I have been on my wellness journey for 8+ years. I’ve had my share of ups and downs, but have learned that consistency and taking it day by day pays off in the end. And that needing to slow down, simplify, and/or rest, never means you are weak.
I have a bachelors in Psychology and a Masters of Education in Health Education. I also am an NASM certified Personal Trainer with 4+ years of coaching experience, 2+ years of group fitness experience, a UESCA certified Running Coach as of 2024, and hold specializations in the following areas: Fitness nutrition, Balance training, Cardio for performance, Core training, Stretching, and Reactive training.
All this education and experience is put to use whenever I work with clients. As your coach, I am here to guide you towards achieving your health goals in a way that’s both sustainable and empowering.
