I am a Registered Dietitian licensed in PA. I earned my Masters in Sport Nutriton from the Univeristy of Colorado. I have been studying Sports Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy for 10 years. Over the last 5 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals with a wide range health and fitness goals, from college athletes striving to reach peak performance, to indiciduals with several chronic conditions who just want a healthier life and better quality of life.
My passion for nutrition started as a wrestler and football player with an interest in sciece. I learned how to gain and lose weight as an athlete, but learned more safe, effective, and sustainable strategies through my studies for life as an athlete and after. I use my training and experience to provide a wholesome perspective in nutrition. I strive to help my clients feel better, improve health habits, and optimize intake of key nutrients. I strive to meet everyone where they are and help them find easy and fun strategies for lasting success. I want you to be comfortable in your own skin without compromising what lies beneath.
I have spent much of the last 5 years reviewing nutrition research and creating educational content. I was also the primary investigator in a peer reviewed publication. I use this experience to help my clients navigate this space, which can seem overwhelmingly controversial, contradictory, or just flat out confusing.
I specialize in sports performance, heart health, blood sugar, inflammation, gut health, and personalized nutrition. I have tools and resources to help you take control of your health and performance for the long haul. My philosphy is progress over perfection and consistency over intensity.
